The communities of the Council of Sages of the Tribe produce new veteran communities, along with a significant strengthening of existing communities.
The goals of the communities are to create a proper place for the elders of the tribe:
Finding a new circle of belonging in late life
Discuss the issues relevant to the third and fourth ages
To be a place for continued personal and social development
To cast renewed discipline after retirement age.
